ORPHANAGE

We have established an orphanage for street orphans. At this present time we have 42 children and running in rented building and will increase as we have the funds.

There are thousands of children turning out on the streets, at bus stands and train stations begging for food because of the Tsunami, HIV/AIDS, much poverty and numerous terrible diseases. The Indian government does not have an adequate welfare system to be able to care for those in such poverty. You know the poverty is very great and everywhere here in India.

Also they go daily to the dustbins trying to salvage a morsel of rice and sleep in the walkways. When they don’t get the food everyday in the dustbins, beside the roads and streets they will die from starvation. What a terrible situation for a child to be alone to survive on the streets.

Here in india some of the gangs who are trying to earn money, take these precious destitute children and sell them to the rich people as slaves. The female children are also being sold into houses of prostitution by these gangs for money.

We pray and ask you to save these children from these terrible situations and show your compassion and love upon these children for a better life. Please consider sending support every month to help feed, house, clothe and educate one of these children for $50 a month.

	We assure you before the Lord in the near future these children will become mighty men of God and serve Him mightily. James 1:26-2:1 Religion which is pure and undefiled in the sight of God, even the Father, is this: to look after orphans and widows in their affliction with a view to ascertaining their needs and supplying them, and to be keeping one's self unspotted from the world.
